On a trip to Taiwan with my girlfriends in 2017 we came across this old lady selling adorable hand-stitched wallets. I just bought a new one on Etsy because mine is worn after five-ish years. I wish I could keep it forever though, and go back to Taiwan with the girls

We have a version in the Philippines called “ginataang kuhol” (snails in coconut milk). I’ve only eaten the black twisty variety. Like with caracoles, you also need a toothpick to pull the meat out
Here’s a recent experience: tried caracoles (snails) I think for the first time. This was in Córdoba, in Andalucía. They taste like what the sauce tastes like
