@lurid_ginger I do, pre hormones I used them a lot, before I met the wife - and I used condoms - only way I could stay hard.. when we did get together, when I have my vasectomy i suffered from ED a lot - it worked really well for me (although felt like a had a hangover the day after) not had a problem with ED since being on hormones

Avoiding drink and painkillers definitely helped me - also stopping my Antidepressants helped a lot...
