#Vilistextum is a #HTML to plain text reformatter.
Vilistextum reads a HTML file and tries to convert as much of the content into plain text as possible. Vilistextum supports both single and multi byte encodings, allowing it to convert Unicode codepoints into short identifiers or their regular representation. Vilistextum also supports creating reference sections for links and several other features.
