Designing a Holder for the Solar Powered #Fountain

The challenge at hand is to create a holder for our solar-powered fountain. Currently, we are facing an issue where the fountain tends to move to the side, causing #water to spill outside the container. Our goal is to ensure that the fountain remains fixed at the center.
The base will act as a sort of anchor to prevent the container from drifting away, which will basically be some stone or bricks.
