Get chicken
As for the sauce I seriously only take curry pulver, ketchup and curry ketchup and pour a small glas of water over it, let it reduce and voila. The sauce has carbs though. Lot's :D
@commandelicious Hmmm the ketchup might have carbs... plus i dont even think i can find curry ketchup here...
