I tried reducing weight with chicken but I gained like ten kg. Thankfully not fat. It's just so much proteine ...
@commandelicious I'm on a keto diet, lost 50 lbs so far (I think thats like 22 kg or something).
A keto (protein + fat) based diet is tricky. It only works if you eat no carbs at all. Lots of rules to it.
@freemo @commandelicious a few of my friends are on the keto diet too. 👏👏 You're doing great. It takes a lot of discipline and determination.
