@absolutus @freemo There are two very major reasons why 'Be Excellent to Each Other' is my vote.

One: It comes across much less arrogant and is a more neutral term compared to 'Be the bigger person'. It feels counter productive to use that sort of thing given our desired and stated goal.

@pkok @absolutus @freemo Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure is one of my favorite movies of all time. I highly recommend it. Stupid and funny in the best ways.

@pkok @Surasanji @absolutus @freemo I don't think it has the same connotation. I strive do my work with excellence, for example... I'm sure some work to be excellent in their trolling of others. I think "to each other" adds real clarity.
