I agree with this, we need to stop being scared of children understanding their own body parts!
@d599f84e The child. Others are there to offer the child the appropriate ideas, and that is on all of us, parents included. But the only responsibility to integrate and use these teachings is the cchid themselves.

Who is, in your opinion, in charge of that? If the parents don't do it, who then?
If I remember correctly, in the past decades, the teacher--student relationship was much more a personal connection than a distanced objective relation as it is nowadays (or, as I perceive/interpret it).
