Discourse allows to have RSS feed from the forum. Since it's not very active, what would you think of putting a bot on mastodon for the posts/topic?
We could, if we don't want to spam, group them in daily digests.

That would be easy enough. Spam is better handled by unlisting if its a concerm.

Wonderful idea! I like it. The Forum is not very well know here, but can be a place to organize and leave more permanent markers - thinks we can point users at, etc.

If it was possible to pass account authorization from mastodon to Discourse that could open the doorr and improve participation.
The forum is a bit sparse and visually different from my past experiences, but I like forums a lot. Willing to push it for growth. 👍
It does allow text formatting, longer posts, editing...
