Policies that limit the amount of force police are allowed to use when dealing with potential criminals results in significantly FEWER police shootings... who woulda thunk!
@freemo Lol, requiring more paper work is as effective as requiring the officer to exhaust all other means before shooting. For once, bureaucracy is the solution.
