Taking the 1920s fountain pen I just fixed, a Waterman 52 out for a test drive. She handles beautifully. Thia is Italian Hand Copperplate script for those curious.
Side this is the best i to to any book every written.

It is a fountain pen. A feather pen is a dip pen, back in the day made from feathers. A fountain pen is like a dip/feather pen except ir stores its ink in the pen in a bladder.

@freemo Nice results ! Foutain pen ? We call those feather pens, I imagine since they descend from literal feathers used for writing. I wonder why "fountain" ?
