#MastoAdmin anyone out there who can speak #French who can help me with a user? Neither I nor any of the moderators on this server speak french and I'd really hate to ban a user over an inability to vet them.

I use translators to talk in German, Spanish, French, etc works pretty well (Google translate)

The user appears as though he may not be a STEM professional, which is pretty much the only requirement to join our server. I am trying to find out if he is indeed a STEM professional and if so what area of STEM he is in, what he does for a living, and any credentials he is willing to share. It is part of the normal vetting process we do with most new users.
@freemo Looks like you resolved this. For future reference though, I can read/write French okay; I just can't understand it by ear.
