Dear movie directors... stop depicting people outrunning explosions. Not even Hussein bolt could outrun an explosion. That is all.

@freemo The safest place is under cover. With a grenade, at least, the safest place is on the ground. The shockwave is still going to hit but the shrapnel is going to form a conical expanding shape.
