@stux You are dutch, your opinions dont count on this matter. Even adult dutch people dont have cars, you all bike :)

@freemo Or it should count as one of the most :blobcatgiggle:

It's time the rest of the world alsoo adapts bikes instead of metal death machines for 1 - 4 persons lol 😇 :bloblaugh:

In Murica it is mandatory to use your giant 5 litre/mili-mile Ford truck for going to the bathroom from your bedroom.

And putting the pedal to the floor too to maximize output. We're taught this at an early age

Unfortunately in the US, if you don't have a car, it is essentially impossible to get a job. It's an awful trap because you need a car to get a job and you need a job to pay for a car.

@cjd

Thats not really true. I will admit our public transport in rural areas isnt as good, and the dutch barely have rural areas. So if you live out in the country then yea you'd need a car. But for many in the US getting by with just a bike wouldnt be a huge issue. Most just arent willing to bike long distances in bad weather, if they were they would have pretty good range in any suburb or city, particularly if they use public transit for the big gaps.
