@zpartacoos While I do use latex often it is a horrific language in its full form... Just the math components of it are bearable if you arent trying to do anything fancy.
@freemo agree. Do you have experience with Groff? I hear its good but have never looked at it myself

@zpartacoos I have not tried groff. Most compromises i make are with latex enhanced markdown of some sort
My main way to do rich latex mixed with plain text is by using R-markdown:
