Im not lactose intolerant but since it has no lactose and is made for people who are you should be good. I have drank it before and it tastes pretty close to real milk.

I think its real milk but the lactose is extracted which is what makes people with intolerance upset.

@cowanon @freemo Not really, just that my brother was lactose intolerant so my whole family didn’t do dairy for several years and that killed a good bit of my lactose tolerance
