@ruby Thats actually not a fair assesment.. While the USA public transport is certainly not top class by any means and I can list quite a few countries that beat the USA, we are far from the bottom too... Every major city has a pretty decent bus system inside the city and there is pretty decent inter-city train networks. Compare this to egypt or Israel where using a train or bus is extremely limited and doesnt even approach the accessiblity provided in the USA.
