Seriously @QOTO @freemo !
I've send you a private message last month about SPAM comments I received on my Peertube instance from your server "video.qoto.org"

I've posted a video yesterday and I received 3 SPAM comments from bots from your instance !

You have a Peertube instance open to EVERYONE on 3.2.1 version and you are doing nothing to keep it up to date
The last version is 5.0.1 !
It's just ONE command line to do sometimes
UPGRADE IT or I will block your instance

As we explain on the about page the QOTO account is **not** monitored.. So no one ever saw your message to QOTO. Now that im aware of this ill address it this weekend.

for now i turned off signups until i have time to look more closely.. I will ban the accounts listed. Let me know if there are any more problems.
