We are eearily similar, provoking where possible, going easy where someone shows some vulnerability. Guess the only difference is the safety of our retirement ^^
I try to attack ideas not people, and i generwlly try to keep discussions civil and only resort to stabs when the other side is throwing then.
@freemo You know what i mean, irritate people, get the creative juices going... like i said, back off when there is vulnerability. No intent to hurt, but an intent to shake up the status quo.
And amongst us, i hate that people cannot just do that, in general. We have enough to feed everyone, we should do so. Sorry for the rant.

@freemo COVID-19 is one of those things that should not be political but for some bizarre current era reason it is. I fully understand laymen having wildly different views though, as some people are more risk averse than others. This isn’t necessarily political.
My personal feeling is that even if something is so freaking lethal that it will surely end up killing me I’d rather spend my few remaining days is peace not thinking about it 24/7.
@gpowerf yup, its not about the seriousness of the disease, its about the fact that masks and lockdowns wont eliminate it, thry simply stem the tide to help keep hospital volumes managable.
In all liklihood it will be aroubd forever, much like H1N1 never went away. So id rather not live life in fear that to wear hazmat for the rest of my days.
@freemo I fully get that too. Here we ran out of hospital capacity very quickly, slowing down the infection rate made sense then. But perennial isolation is not something I wish to endure.
