I'm guessing some of you are starting to understand why I have maintained #Trump will not be the nominee.
I'm not saying he'll be in prison. I doubt he'll ever see the inside of a prison cell (Elizabeth Holmes took five years to get that he doesn't have five years left) but at some point he'll lose enough of his supporters.
Will he lose all of them? Nixon's last approval rating was higher than Biden's most recent. No he'll never lose all of them. But enough.

@freemo well, if Trump drops out nothing changes with regards to all of the cheating the GOP is doing. ANY GOP nominee has a shot in 2024. The best shield from that is, historically, an incumbent president (not party).
Biden is our best shot at this point. If he had retired last year maybe that'd give Harris enough time. But unlikely.
Biden is the best chance.
@philip_cardella Harris would almost be as horrible as another Term of Biden.. Honestly the only reason I would tolerate Biden more than Trump (marginally) is because he is at least good enough at lying that I can momentarily feel like there isnt a giant racist asshole in office, but only for a moment.
@freemo also, I don't think Biden has been horrible. He's just been very neo liberal. I'm not a neoliberal but given the Democrats are a traditional neoliberal party it is what it is.
@philip_cardella Harris's history on womens rights is where she lost me personally.
