I'm not gonna cite cases. Look into recent Florida law changes, and get back to me, explaining if you can why anyone who isn't straight, white, cis, and male, would ever go there.
Yup, happy to look up whats been going there if you dont want to share details and then comment. If the things you said are literally illegal though, then that in and of itself already answers that question. I am simply curious what the penalty is for being gay, any penalty is already wrong enough though.

In 1930's Germany people said the same. It doesn't start with laws making them illegal. Instead it starts with propaganda to effect fear and hate against x,y, or z who have been condemned by deed, skin, birth or belief.
