Nope, that isnt the case.. i mean some are smarter than me, some arent. But in the case of Biden, nope, they screwed up big time sadly.

This is very obvious because I talk to black voters all the time. Very very few are even aware of Bidens past at all, which makes it very obvious they made an uninformed decision and never even knew about his extremely racist past.
