I dont think Trump claiming a miscount was anymore equivalent to inciting a coup than when past presidents have insisted a miscount occurred. I think that logic is far too simplistic.

Now it is fair to say his claims were harmful and reckless. Nothing wrong with holding him accountable for the recklessness of his words. But to go so far as to say it was an orchastrated attempt at creating a coup... now thats hyperbolic in my eyes. Its close, but not quite there.
