I feel like if you spend 14 days on a ships rudder in order to flee to another country you should just automatically get citizenship.
@ideogram Yea the general narrative is they want benefits or are smuggling drugs or some nonsense.
I'd say that at the very least they are pretty damn serious in their endeavor, and should not be taken lightly.
