I really hope we never reach the point where someone implements a way to silence OTHER people from having an opinion about your post... You have every right to decide what you see, you have no right to decide what other people can see. @kilroy_was_here Im not sure he deserves that level of hate... I think he comes from a world where he is used to there being a single curtate view of a conversation with the author in control... he isnt used to a distributed world where everyone can pick their view without one dictator.
@kilroy_was_here I mean there is a certainly unhealth pathology behind someone wanting to control the narrative among people talking about something they want to say... like a huge pathology... and I get looking at that with a bit of disgust... I'm just not sure people like this realize just how ugly it looks, in fact they probably think they are doing good by "curating" a pleasant environment in their replies.
Censorship is still censorship, no matter if you're Hitler banning Jewish newspapers or Tipper Gore banning rock music "for duh childwen".
Except at least Hitler was honest he hated the Jews and wanted them gone. People like this prick want their censorship to look benign and nice and justify it by saying it'll make everything so much more cordial and safe.
