@TruthSandwich You have, and you remain free to notify people... as long as you are reasonably respectful... obviously the level of respect required of you is contextual... If someone is saying something vile, you can give them all the lip you want.. like if its transphobic hate speech, you feel free to light them up... But if its just an anti-capitalist saying corps are bad, I would expect a bit more restraint in that context.... its not something that has hard rules, basically always be less of a dick than they are :)
