This is a bit confusing and innaccurate...
If you have a passport you do **not** need a real ID for domestic flights after 2025... this post **only** applies to people using their state ID to fly and doesnt have a passport.
My state has had realID for a while. But even now when you go get an ID you dont get a realID unless you go out of your way to get it (and takes more effort)... I just renewed my license 2 months ago and it isnt a realID
@freemo @unabomber and state id that is not a “real id”, which not too many states have anymore. This is also like the 5th time it’s been pushed back.
