Also, it is their ancestral & national land. They reclaimed it back after the holocaust.

@darnell Yes jewish were living in the area, and they had land rights and citizenship witht he palestines... palestinians out numbered jews 10:1 for at least 100 years prior to WWII and until the founding of Israel.

Regardless, they were pelestinian citizens those jews, again you dont have a right to invade a country and take land for yourself just because you have someone living there who is the same religion as you.

When you take land in a dfensive war you do so only with the intention of ending the war, and ultimately giving it back. Again germany is the example here, we split up berlin and fenced them in, but **never** took it for ourself, the intent waws to give it back once we were sure the govt would behave... and we did..

Not really, at least not ethically and not usually without internation disgust and decleration of war crimes.

Russia did this with a few locations and there was international outrage, we are even doing our best to support Ukraine to stop it.

They didnt gain back their land.. it was 2000 years ago and it wasnt even "theirs" 2000 years ago.

The kingdom of israel from 1000 BC to its fall occupied the terroritory that is now the west bank and just a little bit of modern israel on the left... The vast majority of the land considered israel was **never** part of the anctient kingdom of Israel.
