Since i stopped my atntibiotic I feel like im slowly improving. But man I'm still in a ton of pain!

@trinsec ohh yea it was a doctor who told me to stop.
@freemo@qoto.org Did the doc think the antibiotics didn't really work for you, considering you were in such pain?
@trinsec No the antibiotics worked against what they were supposed to treat. Its a common sideeffect of certain antibiotics called drug induced lupus. It is an autoimmune disease.

Your doc obviously isn't named Dr. House then. Because according to him it's never lupus. 😋
Going to get different antibiotics, or going to try something entirely different now?
@trinsec not sure, i need to talk to my main doctor to see what they recommend.
@freemo@qoto.org Yeah, don't know the English word for it. The period that you have to do the antibiotics from start to finish. No breaking off halfway, because that's how we create resistant bacteria.
