@freemo @KiffinEileen @dmayhood The devil needs some advocacy here (wording: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/devil%27s_advocate). It's not that it has no value until it's all cut down, its value is what can be harvested from it soon enough. So clearcutting, impatience and monoculture aren't due to capitalism per se./gen
