🎓 Dr. Freemo 🇳🇱 @freemo@social.cleverlibre.org

@levisan REquiring people shovel their own pavements in front of their home, or else be fined, is the standard in the USA. This isnt something new, its how its been for a while.

@icedquinn Fun stuff! Extremely useful too once it clicks.

@icedquinn ohh, yea i love imaginaries personally.

But yea we use that to model EE stuff all the time :)

Companies or at least their owners, need to realize going public shouldnt always be the goal. For the right kind of company going public is great, for the wrong kind it can mean the death of the company.

I've seen trying to go public, and the expense and compromises that go with it, cost way too many promising company's their future.

@icedquinn Im confused, how is non-euclidean geometry a reinvention of quanternions? They are just a higher dimensional form of vector that looses commutativity at the higher dimensions but otherwise is more or less of the same nature as at lower dimensions.

Am I missing some math tidbit here?

@niclas

AI/AGI/ML/Data Science in general.

Clinical/medical stuff will be our first targets out of the gate but the platform will be a general data science tool that can apply to any industry.

@niclas Sadly that is the difficulty here. WE have a pretty high-end ask for a dev, and with some specific skills many devs arent going to have.

That said if you feel you might be a fit for part of it we do jave intermediate and jr positions too. We generally try to pay a fair market value for your skills too, rather than paying for the title itself.

@Amikke I've mostly been on sway, but the problems i have are specific to wayland.

@b0rk Good graphic.

One small note.. squash is a actually a special form of rebase, and not its own option really

Would you tip 0% if a person was excessively negligent in providing you a service where tipping is the norm?

@realcaseyrollins If you would have said such a thing a decade ago id say it wasnt even possible to do that.... and yet, here we are...

@realcaseyrollins

then when you point out the guy is acting like he is senile they try to make it sound like you are the crazy one.

@Amikke ive been on wayland over a year... it usually works but it has edge cases where its still buggy... screen shots didnt work and brave's right click menu wouldnt show.. the latter was fixed very recently but was a problem for quite a while.

@lowqualityfacts

Truth! Studies have shown people with 0 or more freckles have a penis that is larger than 0 50% of the time. In fact the correlation is quite strong!
