@tatzelbrumm as we make changes on git it will automatically compile it and publish the new pdf here:

you can also run gitlab-runner locally on the project to compile it locally
@tatzelbrumm oh, all those packages should be installed as part of you tex install.. but you may need to pick a pretty aggressive install package.. most platforms have something like texlive-full that has everything you need.
The server itself will compile the pdf for you when you submit a change by the way.
For the record I read it and marathon's stance is idiotic to say the least...
That said I think its still prudent we all walk away since there is nothing more constructive to be had here.

Just saying one of the central features of QOTO is respectful discourse or walking away... there are a lot of people out there with some pretty questionable views.. some might violate our ToS, others are just plain stupid (which I'd personally categorize as anything pro-russia). Even when someone is being an idiot the general advice is be polite or disengage.. if they continue when you disengage, report it.
My point is no matter who is wrong, I dont want to ever see QOTO members resorting to name calling, least of all with eachother... we are better than that. I say this without pointing blame in this conversation.
I totally understand the feeling of being the under dog and going in ready for a fight, I've been there in other context. No worries.

@mashiro no no, that will make it WAY worse over time... your better off just fixing it this time, then merging int he future...
I havent read the thread yet.. but lets deescalate on both sides please.. namecalling isnt a good way to end a disagreement, whether your right or wrong... I am not refering or blaming either, I havent read.. i just see both of your last two replies were very antagonistic, it probably could have been done without it and best you both walked away.
Doing the best I can.. I always agreed with you anyway, it makes no sense a woman being topless is any worse than a man. So its not something you have to convince me of :)
@mashiro it can be hard maintaining a healthy history.. its more than just rebasing... you need to keep your commits tidy, small (elemental), and sometimes need to do some advanced things... also merges are better than rebase for this, rebase has its place but for long ter maintanence of a branch you want to do merges so you dont have to re-do the conflicts every time (which will just pile up), with merges you wont have to re-apply old conficts and get to focus just on the newer conflicts.
@Ryle You now have developer access to the git
Has anyone checked if violance goes up shortly before an election? I would expect that to be the case.
@mashiro if the fork was done in a way that uses good Git practices then by dropping those features you might make your life harder than by keeping them to be honest.
When i wrote that point I wasnt really thinking topless but rather bottom nudity, and with the assumption both sexes would be treated equally.
I look forward to your improved wording, but it sounds like you wont get any objections from me and instead welcome your input.
We say nothing about nipples or even what constitutues nudity. This is intended to be open to discussion. If you feel the current wording is wrong just suggest your edits, we will discuss and hopefully incorperate them, thats why this is open to all.
Just suggest more appropriate wording on a merge request, this is why we asked you.. I will be happy to consider improved wording.
