If you remain silent without invoking your 5th amendment right then using your silence against you is not considered a violation and even recording such things wont help you... You only have the right to remain silent when you execute the right explicitly, it is not self-executing.

I know I have said this before, but its soooo important to know.

In america your 5th amendment right to remain silent is **not** granted automatically. If speaking with a cop if you remain silent without explicitly invoking it as a right that silence **can** and will be used against you in a court of law. It is **only** when you explicitly verbalize you are invoking your right that you gain this protection!

Just need to hook up an electric generator to George Washingtons corpse. As he spins in his grave it will provide a limitless source of energy for the USA, at least long enough to get us through the apocalypse.

Trump did a lot of shitty things and is in no way worthy of praise.. but yea, to people on either side the sky is always falling thanks to the other side. The problem is, both sides are right about that.

I would say money is pretty easy to make legally and morally too. Most, almost every one, has very poor money habits. So generally most people are looking for ways to waste their money and dont even realize it. Honestly if money was a bit harder to make we might have a healthier economy because then people would have to actually provide services of value.

Im always happy to hear new ideas, but keep in mind if i like it I would steal it, so if you dont want someone to steal it you shouldnt share it (or at least get an NDA first). But yes if you publicly expose your idea ill listen and see if i get any inspiration from it, sure.

@FetidTrash I myself cant pick any of these options since I dont want either to win. But i intentionally picked these options so people will pick the closest one they like and be forced to pick a dichotomy.

COVID destroyed a lot of startups sadly. That said 6 figures is a bit hard to start a company off of unless its at the higher end of that, or unless its an idea you think you could totally do yourself including marketing and sales, which isnt very common.

Its certainly fun. But yea the company itself was technically founded in 2007 but was just me working for free to build it up since then. The tech was from a few years earlier already too.

Cops paralyze this man trying to take him into custody and while he lay there paralyzed they mock him and dont beleive him when he says he is paralyzed. Only after some time do they call an EMT, the man then dies.
