One of my favorite fountain pens is a franken-pen i built myself. Vintage pens have wonderful nibs but i find the bodies to be ugly or at the very least functionally limited. So i decided to take the best of both worlds.

This is my TWSBI Diamond but with the stock nib replaced with a 1910 flexible nib from a Waterman 52 (an ideal #2 nib), extra fine. I also replaced the feed with a ebonite feed so it has absolutely no problem keeping up.

In my mind this is the penultimate pen in everyway.

Will you vote on this poll?

Wow, not a good look for :( don't ever tell me a white person can be the victim of racism, because this seems like a clear example of exactly that.

For the record I have no problem with most BLM members who are peaceful. But in this case, unacceptable.

In an attempt to reduce parasitics I'm minimizing the breakout board leads.

I started writing in my journal again after nearly a year and despite not having practiced as much as i shoukd have im really surprised to see just how much I have improved. It is very encouraging.

Fruit are just flowers that got fat and let themselves go... yea you heard me!

Practicing my Copperplate Italian Hand a bit more. Not perfect but it has really come along in the past day.

This new ink has a lovely sheen so it, but im rather disappointed that my usual pen (bottom) doesnt lay down enough ink to bring it out. On my broader wetter nib (top) it is much more noticeable.

Copperplate is weird sometimes. I wonder how many people can read that word without guessing.

A comparison of my normal script (first page) against Copperplate Italian Hand (second page). I need a lot of work, but im curious which script does everyone like more?

My gersh (sic) that was annoying. Needed to rewrite this damn page three times. Finally finished it. I need sooooo much practice though still so its good.

It is so fucking frustrating to be half way through a letter and you make a typo. This is the second time i needed to start over.. starting to realize why people stopped using pens :)

There is a game called "Speak to the manager!" On facebook where you battle against karens, lol.
