At least in the general sense of land, territory etc and all that command and conquer thing PLUS NOT ON RADAR MUCH IS LOVE (the learning of love and respect not just as pouring money in emergency as charity and moving on to next emergency but internal and external solidarity right from bottom to top... or at least horizontally... meaning the sorting out everything from ground up to solve these bigger things starting from peer to peer growing the mind to avoid people contributing to such massive holes or making the businesses of war...

In short this starts by the forever conversations to undo all parents ignorance going to 'job' which is also a military kind of term as I see it - just another hands for hire lol as well as learning not to want to dominate people like little Hitlers).
