(this is how I did it anyway)

1/ Use Nitter to view Twitter (link further below) Nitter filters and sanitises Twitter pages to make it safer for viewing.
2/ Copy specific video post link
3/ Paste into Video downloader

So here are my step from initial Twitter.com link which becomes

https://nitter.snopyta.org/thedailyrabbit/status/1541100951838380032?t=Tl-iGPQCPOUrSkcUh1bzFg&s=19

(notice "thedailyrabbit" or any user can be put here or copy the twitter link and merge with my link above)

I find the video post and copy the URL address of that specific post (right click, copy where the date is) and so I get:

https://nitter.snopyta.org/thedailyrabbit/status/1541100951838380032#m
(the video post)

and then paste it in video downloader

https://twittervideodownloader.com/

And there you have the video to download.... and now I will crop it if you wait a few mins! :)
