(in theory) People could go around suggesting to others how to optimise their work (my work for example) and giving tips... like FediTips on Mastodon but for overall presentation online...

For some it could be annoying but to get around that we could have a flag or emoji to represent consent that it's ok to suggest changing material in XYZ way.

The experts are not exactly available or in plenty here... and yea I'm not perfect though I think any idiot could work it out if they already have will / motivation to move their mouse...
