Emotionally-powered thoughts can avoid remembering detail or rembering the same situation or reaction has already been made.
So focus on considering things constructively and properly thereafter is harder in emotionally shorter loops of "I don't like that" etc.

For example emotionally when something is mentioned 100 times but a person doesn't consider advancing to the next step of "I already mentioned this and remember it didn't work" and "so now it's time to go to the next step as this step has reached it's limit, time to move on"
And then finally "I can just work with positives instead of banging on the negatives"

So doing something emotionally over and over can actually avoid moving past this into the acceptance stage and looking at the positives.

Overall everyone has this emotional sensitivity... but for stereotypes like aesthetics or impulse to critique the same way males and females have their set way without looking past this to work together on the positives.
