I seem to meet more and more people who wonder what to do with their money. Inheritance or well-paying jobs. 5, maybe 6 figures, I don't ask for details.
Most look around for something 'relatively secure', and go with ETFs.
Seems like a waste. What can I recommend them instead?

@douginamug Suggest extra money goes to practising giving / Investing in people. To give it away kind of enjoying the social aspect of it,
Similar to you post about having people in the van traveling / ride sharing / picking up hitch-hikers...
Just spending time in a way that covers more people and can get cross-pollination going as one traveling unit together for a bit.
"Investing in people" but the less-commercial philanthropic style.
