With Power comes Responsibility

HUMAN RESPONSIBILITY also involves taking power (and sharing it) but this is the part we perhaps need to refine and redo...

But also not many people want responsibility so it's not all the fault of POWER-hungry people.

I think this middle awkwardness of extremes needs to sorted so it's not just these two extremes:

1. POWER-HUNGRY / AUTHORITARIAN PEOPLE

....or 2's sub-points could be:
- not knowing how to balance power
- feeling others are more capable
- not wanting to learn
- no wanting to do it all you life / wanting to be able to pass it on to someone else
