I also don't really like it too much when it's 'affordable' and basically just people still profiting when things get paid off or paid back (it's like greed vs super-greed and banks need to stop sucking our energy full stop using the debt that increases as long as people have a loan / borrow / keep it in the banks for them to re-use etc!

@freeschool My favorite is "affordable housing" where 13 units out of 250 are $1400/mo.
