Not much to divide since people already find it hard enough to reply even to each other online or do anything together, even for easy things... or something happens and it's not clear and the person doesn't even want to clear it or talk about it (hmm).

That's also helping the other side I think and since we know there is a problem and don't deal with it then *you* specifically are guilty for bailing (inside yourself and outwardly).

It's quite similar to war actually but friendly *silent* (similar to how passive aggressive companies don't explicitly say there is a problem and hope things go away). Just pretend they don't exist! In this case now it's me and who knows who next.

So really similar to war in fact and can start as petty. No answer. no progress, even going backwards in progress. It's really something to solve.

Internal conflict effectively stunts any growth from our non-evil collective side. Don't you agree?
People don't see the ignoring, but it's quite the same and by the good guys too.

Of course all this involves pain if we are to evolve or reason things, but people have to get over that first. In this case it's you which reminded me when complaining about others in the world.

There isn't actually that many of us and still people fall into silent loops / self-traps.

I found your comment true but a bit ironic Leo for not replying yourself and now you're here blaming others for the obvious but not doing the bit you can do (which is say you feelings or even apologize for accusing me of wanting to take over your synergy project you barely even told me about and were supposed to get back to me!) which I guess you can still do but doesn't progress much and guessing wrong things doesn't help.
