@EdS SUGGESTIONS:

1. I'd include the times of a few countries so people see around what time it is for them

2. A link to an online world clock / timezone calculator to check personally what time it is for others locally if not in Ontario is also perfect... without it being a bad site / full of adverts to regret it

Above ensures people plan and can check- so many time late / no shows purely for this and even plus or minus an hour for summertimes or winter etc...

3. Reminder / Announce again 1hr before start so people can do the simple math and say right 1hr's time ok!

4. Remind them to turn notifications on so they get your reminder in browser an hour or two before

Actually a lot of people miss this and don't even know about it - they click follow and think that's it and people just get lost / diluted in all the follows when they can more seriously get a message every time you post!
