It's just another business using people as disposable batteries ( bodies ) and profiting BIG (the Rape or reaping = being prostitute or hoar in that physical and financial sense)

EXAMPLE ABOUT MEDICAL STAFF

(personal experience here from workers and previous partners working there and telling me daily or whenever they are back home from sleeping there!)

MAIN POINT / 2ND TL;DR
If you get hospitals "saving lives" as excuse for using up lots of money, the real net result is actually a drain of lives using up public money - so the death is just distributed so you can't see it as oftenand and pricier fragments.

The real example is doctors always working and going home to pass out if not in a janitors cupboard somewhere.

Actually even better example is siphoning patience blood (public money) and saying "I have no idea why they died"

Or 1 more example, saying to all patients "sorry not enough money to go around" and while people don't run out of money in 'free' hospitals they lose saving and more risk homeless due to the deliberate monetary cycle of siphoning (public money goes to private banks by the way which is just as good as death).

IF YOU STILL DON'T GET THE PROCESS
So I mean the wasted money and energy from all those tax payers is tangible loss and result is death of people's energy and planet running big costly factories, material damage and paying wrong people higher up ladders etc).
Not too from landlords getting you to pay only for pure-profit increaces and at the same time paying their mortgage for them to then own the asset even more.
Nice for them. You keep renting... They keep owning... "pwning" perhaps

Oh and for the damage to overworking staff (24hr type shifts) i 100% consider that dying if you've talked / been around them... their stories, bickering without cide of conduct, between-faculty wars as a result from overall profit-war / stress under-pressure or if you have to live with the mood swings and daily complaints or even abuse you get as a partner from weakened moral who have little choice but take it out on you. Easy to feel "some" sort if higher power is dominating you rather than trying to sort out their workplace happiness mess.

Suddenly its not ilegal for overworking people running hospitals and those above paying themselves extra-ordinary amounts at the same time while working hospitals go they get I mean Quite fair any state might say (fair as in % state or further business around it gets).
Running things into the ground and staff with it is an art and keeps people desperate/chomping at the bit (scientifically speaking).

And no don't say anything you docs out thete or forget constructing rebellion you might lose the shitty life parents and hierarchical authority you industry thrives on. People created thimgs by letting it slip and just paying up or staying silent! Why break tradition/institutional abuse?
Workers of the world unite! Or just give a stern warning or direct to ANYONE that talk to you like that (when no one is looking).

BACK TO THE HO$PITAL / $HOP...
Hospitals could have anything as a front logo, a mechanic, pharmacy ANYTHING.. especially public services... that makes bucks of course!...

It's almost impossible for average mind (even a bit mind-boggling for STEM PEOPLE) to ever think any design of life and tech would go so far to take caring for money almost only exclusively and power / control of life with it (lwts play monopoly!!)

Those big players I imagine said at some point after the wars... "ok if we really have to pretend to help them" or "'if it helps us get more power then yeah ok let's transplant people but get the % return matrix done as I'm not paying those doctors more than 1/4th of my wages and they better contract to do those night shift after day shifts"... ya real good work and healthy. I'm sure there are no other starving doctors that they could pay also to ram hours night hours into the system.

And some doctors I spoke to stay silent so that's also on them (they hold responsibility too to make time for constructive rebellion or not to empty their life and theur extra hours in 1 place like overstaying in a shop and wondering why shop doesn't give back). They do realise they are skilled but like batteries run out and yes they too can leave BUT most likely find another job in similar copy paste business...

SO IF THEY DON'T HELP MAKE THEIR JOB THERE OWN AND TALK ABOUT IT / BUILD BETTER, THEN DOING THE SAME EXPECTING DIFFERENT IS ALSO % CAUSE!!!

JUST COMPLAIN TO STAFF AND YOUR LOVED ONES? NOOOOO

WEAK OVERWORKED AND YES GOOD NATURED DOCTORS I MEAN YOU!!!...

YOU eventually need to fix things too (while still respected as a "doctor" not slave)

Captains and pilots had ultimatims to take injections at threat of losing their job - this means almost anything in future could be the same so best to prepare for stopping that. If I was pilot and getting ultimatum I'd leave planes waiting as the rebelling so people wonder "why is there no pilot" )... same as "why is there no nurse or doctors today? What could make them strike so hard and 'risk' lives?"

Indeed death happens in clever business / extractional ways
