@thenewoil this is a bad idea. you could end up in a spot where some important account that you forgot about is tied to the account and is now lost. deleting your google account is even worse - someone could scoop up your username and use it to steal your accounts and impersonate you online. as an alternative to following a different corporation's advice and potentially locking yourself deeper into their service, just.... don't use your google account.

After a mental period to remember old things... In the end you will have to accept anything you forget (and didn't care for until you lost it anyway) and change/delete access to Google AS THE SINGLE BEST VICTORY / ACHIEVEMENT (BECAUSE IT WAS A LOSS EVERY DAY ANYWAY!)... said with love not hate.
