Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

Coming out of bad relationships... How?
If all governments are #war makers (some better than others)
and that includes internal oppression in controlling local people so we need to find a way to keep control but not have these bad relationships right down the line.
Because eventually it comes to this (see picture).... People just use their power to get what they want when there is other ways (co-operation / sharing / true happiness in work).
We need to come out of these bad relationships and talk to each other more often to find a robust and meaningful way...
Sitting there thinking in 1 way isn't going to do it I think AND feel,...
^----- I think we need both thinking and feelings *TOGETHER* to find the answer. Otherwise we're like sitting ducks.
Get in touch and start building conversation and thought....

Agreed. It's the understanding that is main part of what I had in mind using polls
- which is currently what the system doesn't do with people in asking more personally each other. (System now is even not asking anonymously questions like)

and slowly we can do that starting from our own circle, the work we do and like...
Considering we are coming from this somewhat backwards society (or cleverly what the system has been deliberately cutting out at each stage / what the system hasn't been doing from 'efficiency' perspective, it's basically been cutting out us while doing what it wants.
Semi-organised with semi-automated mini tools of communication tools can achieve things better in and around more communicative leaders AND even the average person... and then keep adjusting from there doing both / everything since there is a partner for everyone I'm sure! Even finding one person + or - will help progress people's thoughts and project and reassess.
Eventually catering for everyone is this kind of peer-to-peer way and mass since there is plenty of us to serve each other... to provide better way to find each other rather than through uncaring people / uncaring systems / money-hungry platforms!
I am writing up my reply to @canwolf now - I admit do go on a bit longer but pulling some main sentences and having that as main document (something revisable) I think it can last a lifetime for what mostly will work to high % or satisfaction of many people (those who want to do and try),
And yes I agree also that even opposition is healthy, if people feel heard and acknowledged and not running away all the time / not hiding from differences that clearly part of humanity and being highly individuality. I believe we are usually heading toward similar things but have to got through the jungle of vocab and words, at the same time as focussing on just the good and the bad (alternating to maintain flow between people which serves in many ways)
Every individual and educated society seems to want and likes constantly this kind of stuff:
- direction / decision making /
- creativity / expression /
- understanding / human acceptance
- cross pollination / contact
- knowledge building / strong individual / confidence
- courage with others while being hard/soft at times personally
- learning how to say no
- practising the unknown (people)
- adding to healthy thought

This was just a check on big video size - but it's like talking to kids who want to get back to playing Playstation. Fog.
Zooming out a bit my reflection on the world is that I realise there are hundreds like you or the habit demonstrated by you as having little willingness to look at points presented or questions to ones self as a societal / community thing or personal or technical thing. Like so many angles you could have worked with.
It's these small things that I think equate to war / lack of care.
Seems a bit unrelated but imagine you see damage done and get little reasoning in reply... I might too be like 'shut him down' what' the point even if the talk is ok and could be justifiably just audio and have the same effect?
And you're block threat is just about typical, exactly the same as when people can't do logic, or those who can't talk about their reasoning a bit. Dictator style.
Sounds EXACTLY like hierarchy shutting down comms because you didn't want to deal with it.
Anyone in a crew will not like this dynamic and well my hope is it's not happening internally as it hurts project as well as stopping others helping to question and clarify things. Your people might not tell you and people can get pissed either way (at least the other way someone might recommend you and say 'yeah we talked, he decided to keep his 1080p talks but at he's a least ok in talking to with his own reasonings'.
So instead of working together this is my experience,

I like the name for a start taking the 'Bank' concept and making into being a 'Bank of Ideas'. I remember hearing that and think WOW a good kind of mentality or good way to turn things in just the name.

Picture attached is interesting for the diagram and theory of discussion and group work technique.... though personally I think you have to make sure everyone knows how and when to use it and pretty pro at it otherwise it becomes a muddle with the pro's and non-pro's... so frustration and points could be just taken with 'another' technique if not used right...
My answer is a pause in between each main point or speaker unless people are good with this toolset picture (which can work)...
Overall making something universally accessible and clarifying as you go along is cool by me. To take points and notes WITH soft/hard moderator alongside who guides and enforces it well (like moves things to the end or deals with it now, calculates the flow and remembers where everyone is in flow).

Much like it telling people about using banks or that there is this damage happening by doing things a certain online, setting each picture on your camera to 12MP, but people of course don't listen, they just expect the speed and cloud to take their picture and video load, not the brain (you have it in other things but this seems totally off your radar)

Half this really sounds the same (almost CD quality) [ 96kb/s ]
I just reduced it to 64kb (half CD audio quality / MP3 soundtrack)
60mb just for audio and still same sounding since it's basic talk.
I make good points but I think you at not there in considering it too deeply. Instead you mention paying so you can enable more filesize bloat instead of recording half that quality and doing away with that silly comeback in reply.
Anyway that's the mentality I refer to when I say #bourgeois #bloat and another kind of #ignorance or let's say 'opportunity' for you to change. Everyone has their blind spots.
