I help people create audio / edit educational audio / podcast / music / visual short videos / transcript text
+ I like to add a bit humour while being quite strict in my own politics (opinions) but open / inviting for others to tell me what I should do if they can explain more than just a short comment (I don't mind it's healthy for me at least if you have logic and can stand yourself explaining).
FreeSchool is about Learning towards Freedom (which is about Uniting everyone slowly, even "1 by 1"... Easy with The Fediverse!
Not virtue signalling here only, but practise of EVERYTHING as we go. Judged by getting in contact (many have) and having courage to communicate (or seeking it from others is ok, EVERYONE needs a bit of courage or hand-holding to make big personal changes). Who else is there for example if family doesn't understand?
Learning and watching can be good and staying out of people's way, BUT better is doing something every day and helping each other with some tough decisions / lessons... and then being bold enough to do them. 1... 2... 3 that is all that's needed.

FreeSchool is terminology put together from many good things from past (coined in 1950's/60's. I / we become it eventually through being.

I encourage you warmly to participate with me as a I have time and then spiral out naturally to others (we are part of humanity and so naturally a sort of evangelism or ecological pyramid of life as we choose to spread lesser suffering while accepting consuming is part of it).

Naturally you will hesitate if someone is sure of themself or ok standing on shoulders what we copy do the best from humbly but not too sterile either.
Based on just emotions ruins almost everything, which seems very common - very ungraceful - so don't disconnect... do it gracefully at least!
A "school" of thought is here you can interact / ask and make best together as free/low cost as possible.
Even a bad answer you can take best from (of course I won't know all your situation when I suggest something but I don't need to answer 100% - you also need to help me!).
Leave perfectionism, we are all imperfect humans! Let's do it... Choose something ANYTHING and keep the thoughts rolling together...!

Benefits of talking and almost random conversation... (almost the secret benefits in this post!...)
The mixture of self-exploring -at the same time allowing others tio do the same means you allow and achieves some asynchrony* and synergy* (meanings follow):
asynchrony - The relation that exists when things occur at unrelated times (in context of meeting randomly or regularly when you feel to talk and catch up that feels good after and +)
synergy - to produce an effect greater than the sum of their individual effects alone
I come to the conclusion most people are locked in various ways and that because less fertile... people can't see why to do something not 'seen' (in the eye sense) until you start talking and multiplying opening and interest...
I don't want to judge anyway but present my findings from talking- and if you test it ( as ALL STEM should do ) then you can 'see' (hear) for yourself the genuine people and benefits of talking about whatever you want...
But I notice these things stopping you:
- Being wary of people (overall or a combination or people and 'people on the internet'
(so people are skeptic / distant when coming to use people + technology. My preferred way is
a) being aware yourself
b) going for it and see what happens (and judge-at-the-end of test)
c) take what good you can good - I do think alternative views fragment and defragment thoughts where bubbles tend not to or are not challenging enough in a friendly way
I do friendly chat, I do it safe and transparent as possible without needing to tell the whole world either - it's for you to also create conversation... so this is my invitation but I will call it your 'test' opportunity and ability to say "It's shit I tried and tested it" as STEM or as a person in the world caring about whatever you care about (what you care about is usually important that anything else).

"How do you make health a good business?". In our time, you can't. Real health is not economically interesting. The most profitable health management is to keep people sick. It doesn't mean that one shouldn't be rewarded to help people being healthy, it means that it is not an activity compatible with business-oriented projects. Maybe one day, people will willingly value being healthy and make true doctors rich, but it shouldn't be the fundamental goal of health care anyway.

Feels like this quote is also the same war with people inside each country and their government because people will be losing money and time more than government so it's good to look ahead and think "they will drain us / take their money back before they accept bad management or want to change"... so it's a good idea to arm your thoughts now... not when you have even less money...

I'd add that this is very interesting and ironical to see how that notion of efficiency without context nor seek of contentment eventually create a world where most solutions are not actually very efficient and tend to cause as many problems as they solve.

I had to bow to the hosing company and remove the URL bird.trom.tf/BancoPacificoEC from our Nitter instance. I had no choice but am not giving up. I will contact several organizations to try and dispute this retardation. Imagine this.....force me to remove an URL that does not store any data on our server, it is a proxy service....but who cares in this world!? Do as you are told or you get slapped...
Oh yeah I forgot to mention
many might be worried about the implementation more than the actual function or politics of it...
so just to be clear assume it would be something not harming layout or revamping everything, just optional, and what ever that would make it basically the same as now but with something in the preferences.
I think that makes people more at rest and leave the question of "an option there is bad or not?"

Glad you mention contentment - I was looking at the section headers and starting to think "oh no it's just another similar STEM / maths / German viewpoint of efficiency which is weighted on numbers-based thinking (i.e. people don't matter or have any measurable comeback about things) and just building without even those involved in mind...

I'm currently saying / asking STEM about this without much reply which is quite telling in itself as I haven't received any big counter punches from 100's who might see it.
And anyway I think it's not their natural form of thinking... so unless I mention a new STEM tool thing or efficient machine-like thing so then probably it's not that important for them as not job-related so it's skipped... - who cares if it can be instantly weaponised or put into component like gun components? Not their fault right? Well kinda no...
As time goes on I think everything is becoming measurably even-more 'efficient' and fuelling the sterilising and technocratic life faster using STEM which also includes not talking about it in the work of STEM environment itself. Just hired hands, another kind of soldier / builder for the empire Command & Conquer style.. (it's a game using different units for the faction / empire)
Want a tank or code, fine... Wanna talk about ethics that's not the words STEM! I did suggest conciousness like STEMC because STEM is perhaps become or always was archaic-ignorant / oldskool brute-force clever.
Being paid by government might be also the biggest reason to all of this but why bite the hand that feeds you?
So to end my thing about all people / specifically STEM being paid / kept up as an extensions of Government / military (and STEM applied to every other company and sector within itself) then means a typical is what I might get:
" So we should build a solution or another system right?'
Even if I say 'building' or more 'systems' is actually the problem...
"So because you don't have better suggestion then you must be wrong"

SUMMARY
Efficiency can be a form of ignorance without considering how parts life flows in your life and other people's... and the Government box you / anyone works inside... that needs to be respected and worked OUT...
i.e. 'Efficiency' using people starts roots of stronger problems...
STEM types of 'Efficiency' avoids the harmonising and reasoning in and exchanges it for mechanical 'efficiency'- where you're opinion or ethics doesn't even count (other than starve yourself) and you're just registered as tax income / GDP % / pot of gold for someone else to pick.
For most people on these topics *I think* people not seeing this they are thinking instantly:

So the other things like being accountable for other people's 'happiness'... oh no not efficient.
Anyway here's hoping you get that...
For TL;DR / reactionary people something for you... imagine German engineering / Nazism spectrum (so innocent or not types of efficiency) means that do things without the people stuff along the way... is totally creating unhappy people and not far from fascism / obey the boss even if they have no idea and don't care / financially based dog-bodies.

Yeah I agree - that's why I was happy to have it the way it was already because it flows in your life rather than any efficiency concept or product... it's part of life and keeps it easy with that in mind! Nice - I value that.

I think you equalised most of everything, and I don't what to say mostly... No main focus left or just accepting it is what it is without anything major in focus as the problem ... I can see we share you believe is worth salvaging ... or perhaps re-creating... which yes can be seen as problematic but I see the as-you-go human approaches I think fixes that... and being bold and challenging each other without being bastards... which might be one of the first steps in solving things as people can misjudge easily or treat things as hostile/strange/many things other than really sorting it out, taking time-outs and coming back to talking again almost aggressively coming back for more (not leaving it unless really works for them and it's not about 'giving up' too and throwing in the towel too easy from challenging topics or styles)
1. We could an audio discussion to this with points I or others have as I can turn it around fast.
2. And then this could also be a regular Jitsi Meeting with those interested and then from that a 'best of' could be made from those willing.
I suggest #1 and then gaining interest for #2.
