Factors of Time + Access to those people I think make it less realistic - unless it's doable somehow (like just a sample) but to /most/ leader or /most/ students hardly feasible, let alone willingness by any school, teachers or students.
What you're saying I agree in theory by disagree with that in reality and practice, because even with /quite/ friendly atmosphere you're up against many factors which severely limit understanding a school...
