But I was wondering if there are any cool "code camps" out there that are offering online courses only devoted to open source and without any AWS Google FB (Gafam) in there?

I definitely knew of Framapiaf and the values they stand for are really great.
Unfortunately for me, every time I used some tools there, it never worked for long.
Errors came in so many times that I got tired of it...

Just tried their image hosting which I saw Ange mention in a conversation with you -- and I never knew existed.
It provides image hosting, and with https for the img links, so that's interesting too.
