I wanted to check it out (github) but feels right now way out of my league.

And if you know of already existing doc that can explain very basic use of git, don't hesitate to throw that in.
if i find some myself i will certainly do.
I need to throw together a mark down table to explain the files in the repository anyway.
So can do both so people can contribut
